Coote on Mortgages Vol 1 and Vol 2 9th Ed.

This is the classic work on mortgages being the 9th and last edition of Coote.

Despite its age it is the go to book to quote to a judge on mortgage related matters to show you have researched the topic fully.

Rebound in russet buckram some 15 years ago by a fine binder the re-bound books fall open as they should when in us.

The pages are in good order for their age.

This is now a rare work and of great assistance in understanding the background to topics where the more modern texts such as Fisher & Lightwood now leave this out.
