This is the premier work on partnership law originally written by Lord Lindley who also wrote the Partnership Act 1890 which is still in force.

This is not the latest edition but some may think that the style of the book has not moved with the times and is not as accessible as other works.  Correspondingly earlier editions such as this may be looked at by judges and professionals as more worthy of consideration.
