Good condition and a lot cheaper than the up to date edition.

I like this book as the only alternative to Lindley on Partnership which has become somewhat staid in its presentation.

There are some good practical observations in this book and it is in a style that is often more accessible than Lindley.

It is true that Lindley is the most important book to cite in court but I have found in practice that often the best way to track down the obscure commentary you need is to find the commentary in Blackett-Ord,  identify the cases cited in support and then use those to find the relevant passages in Lindley!
