Decent condition although a well used book so the end boards have been reinforced with brown tape internally.

This was the standard work on bankruptcy prior to the introduction of the Insolvency Act 1985/6.  It has a massive amount of commentary on many matters that were carried over into the new legislation from the old only some of which may have been carried over into later commentaries.
